Who we are and what this covers

Viral Creator LLC (“Viral Creator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) makes and publishes apps for Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This policy covers those apps, including future apps we publish under the Viral Creator name, unless an app presents a separate privacy notice.

Apple’s App Store, iCloud, and other Apple services are operated by Apple, not by Viral Creator. Apple’s handling of information through those services is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Information that may be handled

Depending on the app and features you use, information may be handled in one or more of these ways:

• On your device: app settings, preferences, and content may be stored locally and remain on your device.
• iCloud sync: where an app offers and you enable iCloud syncing, Apple may store or sync the selected app data through your iCloud account. Viral Creator does not operate Apple’s iCloud storage. You can manage iCloud and app sync through your Apple account and device settings.
• App services: some features may send information to a Viral Creator server or a service provider. The information can include app content or settings needed for that feature, as well as technical details needed to operate it.
• Diagnostics and usage: some apps may use analytics or crash-reporting tools. These tools may process diagnostic information, app events, or device and app details to help us understand performance and fix problems.
• Advertising: some apps may use advertising or advertising measurement features. Where Apple requires permission for tracking, the app will request it through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency prompt. You can change that permission in your device settings.

Apple processes data through its services under Apple’s own privacy terms. The exact categories of information associated with a particular app are shown in that app’s App Store privacy details and any relevant in-app notice.

How information is used

Where an app handles information, we use it as needed to provide the feature you requested, maintain and improve the app, diagnose crashes and performance issues, protect the app and its users, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

When information may be shared

Depending on the app, information may be processed by Apple to provide Apple services you use, or by service providers that help deliver app features, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not share information with a provider for a feature that the app does not use.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Viral Creator, or others.

Purchases

If an app offers paid downloads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, Apple processes App Store transactions. We do not receive your full payment-card number through Apple’s App Store payment process. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to its transaction processing.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage app permissions, advertising tracking choices, and iCloud settings through Apple’s device and account settings. Available in-app controls may also let you manage or delete information.

Retention and security

Information kept on your device is generally managed through that app and your device. Information processed by iCloud is managed through Apple. If a particular app feature stores information with Viral Creator or a provider, retention depends on the feature and operational or legal needs. Contact us to ask about information associated with a particular app feature.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app and the information involved, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Our apps may have different audiences and age ratings. Check the age rating and privacy details on the relevant App Store listing. If you believe an app has handled a child’s personal information inappropriately, contact us at info@buildviralapps.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps or practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be described in an app or on its App Store listing where appropriate.
